Lifting equipment (sling, shackle, pad eyes, etc), sub-structure and rig are some from many oilfield equipments that has to be inspect and test against its maximum load capacity. SATOIL is able to perform load test according to national and international applicable standard and customer specific requirements.
In addition, to further analyze stress and strain on the equipment, SATOIL provides load simulation using FinateElement software to simulate load and identified critical area. Afterwards, a load cell will be installed at critical area and being measured as the load is applied. The final deliverable, clients are provide indexed load test reports with illustrations, detailing the equipment , the observations & findings, supporting documentation and results on the capability (if using load cell). Recommendations on efficiency, safety and economy are included, when pertinent.
